One of the most sought-out news about Apple Inc.’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) iPhone SE is that of its teardown. After Chipworks initially performed a teardown of the device, iFixit has also managed to pry open the 4-inch phone.
Apple released the $399 iPhone SE as a testament to users who are still loyal to the 4-inch form factor. The device is also targeted toward first-time buyers in different markets around the world who don’t want to spend a lot of money on an iPhone. The phone comes with an A9 processor, the same as the iPhone 6s. The device has a 12MP iSight camera that also supports 4K video. While the Touch ID is the same as that of the iPhone 5s, the connectivity hardware has seen massive enhancements.
